John Dwyer of Thee Oh Sees Goes Solo

It’s been a couple of weeks since Thee Oh Sees gave us all a near heart attack by announcing the end of their band, only to turn around and tell us that this hiatus wasn’t permanent, but more of a “well-deserved break.” During this “break,” it looks like John Dwyer is taking this opportunity to try out a solo career of sorts. He debuted a synth-heavy (and that might be an understatement) track, “Eggs at Night,” last week and announced an album for February 25th, under the monikor Damaged Bug. The cover art seems dope, but I’m not sure if the track is up my ally. Give it a listen below and peep the tracklist too.

Hubba Hubba tracklist:

Gloves for Garbage

Rope Burn

Eggs at Night

SS Cassidinea

Catastrophobia

Hubba Bubba

Sic Bay Surprise

Photograph

Hot Swells

1/2 an Airplane

Metal Hand

Wasteland
